In this hands-on cocktail course, attendees will learn the basics of mixology and sample curated cocktails with award-winning mixologists Patrick Reynolds + Shaun Belway from Farm to Bar and The Bobcat Room. The workshop will emphasize acid to sugar ratios, cold pressed syrups and their application, and sense memory manipulation. Attendees will also experiment and create their own craft cocktail with their preferred spirit (gin, whiskey, or vodka) and fresh Santa Barbara Farmers Market produce.
All materials + tool rental included in registration cost. Class includes two cocktail tastings, one cocktail, plus one MOXI glass tumbler to take home.
